Restrictions & Liability: Customer promises to return the golf cart to the location provided immediately upon completion of the rental period in as good condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted. Customer will operate the golf cart safely and responsibly, and will preserve and protect the golf cart from loss or damage to the cart itself, Customer's person or property, and the persons or property of others. Failure to comply with the terms will result in a forfeiture of rental fees and deposit. Customer agrees to be legally and financially liable for all costs of repairs to the golf cart valued at $5,000.00 and for the loss, damage and/or injuries to person or property regardless of fault. Customer agrees to reimburse the owner for unrecovered costs, including deductibles and uninsured losses.

Operations: A golf cart is subject to the same laws and regulations pertaining to motor vehicles. The golf cart will be operated in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon; persons driving must not be under the influence of alcohol and/or illegal drugs. Customer is responsible for all moving and/or parking violations. Law prohibits using the golf cart on major interstates and highways. Only persons 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and insurance shall drive. Allowing underage drivers forfeits use of the cart without refund. Customer holds owner harmless from liability arising out of use.

Cancellations: Without Cancellation Protection, all tickets and rentals are strictly non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for inclement weather. If the cart becomes inoperable through no fault of the renter, Cascade Carts LLC will attempt repair or issue a prorated refund for unused time.
